The following two educational videos on nutrient cycles in agriculture using the farmer Jakob Gujer (called Kleinjogg) as an example were developped in the Bachelor's thesis of Selina Ulmann (Agricultural Sciences, ETH Zurich) in 2016/17. The videos are aimed at students 12 years and older and adults with little or no prior knowledge of science and agronomy.
