Forel (VD)
Site description
Forel (CH-For) is a temporary station and part of the DONA project with a focus on nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from agroecosystems. The station is located on a cropland of a dairy farm with a forage crop rotation with two years of temporary grassland followed by maize and winter wheat. Eddy covariance flux measurements were started in March 2024. The tower coordinates are: 46°31’37.9″ N / 6°45’34.3″ E; WGS84 46.527194, 6.759528 at 752 m asl.
